We launched a world-first share liquidity program for Income Insurance in partnership with Phillip Securities, unlocking S$600M of value and seeing overwhelming demand with 3x oversubscription. This initiative showcased our commitment to unlocking liquidity for investors and creating opportunities that didn’t exist before.
For SpaceX, we have facilitated investments of over US$170M since 2019, with US$14M raised in December 2024 alone. These numbers reflect more than just capital; they symbolize a gateway for investors to participate in cutting-edge innovation and the future of space exploration.
Our partnerships with xAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic connected investors to some of the brightest minds in artificial intelligence. With over US$40M in opportunities and listings on Alta Exchange, we’re helping drive progress in a field that’s redefining industries and reshaping the world.
Private credit and real estate also took center stage in 2024, as we collaborated with Hamilton Lane, RW Capital, and Shojin to deliver diverse investment opportunities tailored to meet evolving market demands.
These achievements were supported by remarkable numbers: US$23B in deals launched, US$1.4B in total fund management AUM, and 70+ listings on Alta Exchange. But the real story lies in how these milestones are changing the game for investors and reshaping what’s possible in private markets.
